Eagles Trade Seldon, Add Gaudet to Roster

For Immediate Release: September 11, 2012

Surrey, B.C. - The Surrey Eagles announced today that defenseman Brett Seldon (94) has been traded to the Coquitlam Express in exchange for future considerations.

Seldon is a native of Thornhill, Ontario and was acquired by the Eagles on August 16th from the North York Rangers of the OJHL. He appeared in a handful of pre-season games for Surrey but was a healthy scratch for both of the Eagles’ games at the BCHL Showcase.

The Eagles would like to wish Brett all the best in his future endeavours.

The hockey club has also added forward Joel Gaudet (94) to its roster. The 18-year-old played in 37 games for the Grandview Steelers of the PIJHL last season, putting up 21 points.
